It takes about six months. That will vary depending on the size of the home and the weather conditions.

When is the best season to start construction?

Blackthorn Builders recommends a spring or summer start.

Who finances the construction loan?

For your convenience, Blackthorn Builders will finance the loan, whether we are building on your lot or ours. We have special financing available also.

Who helps you design the house?

Blackthorn Builders will help you to chose the home which best suits your wants and dreams as well as your pocketbook. We will then sit down with our architect to customize your home and make it uniquely yours.

How often can you visit your home while it is under construction?

You are always welcome to visit the job site, in fact we encourage you to do so. For safety reasons we can only allow children at certain stages of construction. We ask that you always be accompanied by a Blackthorn representative.

How do you reserve one of our lots?

You can hold one of our lots for thirty days for $1,000.00.

How do we price your house?

Everyone wants the biggest and the best! Our financial planners and home designers will sit down with you and help you decide which home best suits your lifestyle. We want this home to be your dream!
